13/365 The sun is shining

It seems truly bizarre that whilst thousands of people are struggling to cope with the aftermath of the floods that life continues to move on as normal for those of us not in the firing line.  We have had the television on all day again, listening and watching the updates.  Our dog, however, was out in the back yard rummaging around in the leaves, keeping an eye out for visitors - or at the very least humans walking past our driveway that she could bark at!
